I know I’ve been gone for a minute. They say there is always a means to madness. What madness? I’ve taken some time off blogging. That’s just craziness hah?! Well, I’ll fill you all in at a later date.

So on with the bloggersation. Though it has been deemed that October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, it’s never too late to make such an announcement close to the end of the month. Spreading this awareness provides hope, enlightenment and a life changing experience for many who are diagnosed, along with their loved ones and supporters. - Deaths per year: 5, 400

What to look for?

 - Lump in breast or armpit, changes in skin temperature, redness or swelling, inverted nipple, changes in breast size shape, crusting or scaling of nipple.

- Family history of breast cancer, early menstruation etc…

You are right, it is never too late to learn how to do a self examination. Thanks so much for sharing this info, I had no idea that a change in your skin temp could be a sign nor did I know you were at a higher risk if you started your menstruation early. Great info, I certainly learned a thing or two!

addition:
